177.03 COMPENSATION; CHAIRMAN; RECORDS; QUORUM.

Members of the Waterfront - Heritage Port Commission shall serve without compensation. The Commission shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary annually from among its members. It shall keep proper records of all its proceedings, actions and recommendations. A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
