1112.02 AUTHORITY.

(a) By the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and the Code of West Virginia Chapter 16, Article I and Public Health Laws, WV Bureau for Public Health Chapter I, Article SB, the water purveyor has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water system.

(b) The City of Wheeling Water Department, Rules and Regulations, adopted.
