Any official or employee of the City who enters, or has entered, any branch of the military or naval service of the United States of America, whether such entry is, or has been, by voluntary enlistment, or by induction under any Federal Act in regards to selective training and service, shall notify his/her immediate supervisor immediately and request military leave for any necessary leaves of absence.
