800.09 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIEN.

The City shall establish the lien for the unpaid fees , interest and penalties by ordinance citing the applicable authority for the assessment, the name of the owner/chargeable person or entity, the amount and interest calculation and the location, along with the date of the filing.
