$250.00 | Beer/Wine/Liquor Retailer (ABCA Retailers); Certain Incidental ABCA Beer Only or Wine Only licensees as defined herein: Such Incidental ABCA Beer or Wine Only classification is for on-premises-only sales of either nonintoxicating beer or wine(but not both), in order to receive this license, the applicant must complete an affidavit with his/her application indicating that such beer or wine sales will constitute less than 15% of gross revenues for such business, such application shall give the City authority to audit the business books to verify such information, this classification would be effective as of January 1, 2020, applicants that are approved for this Incidental Beer or Wine Only License later see their alcohol sales begin to exceed the stated percentage must notify the City accordingly and update their license by paying the $600 fee; Incidental Beer Only or Wine Only license must complete a new application annually. | |
