1761.16 ACCESSORIES.

All swimming pool accessories shall be designed, constructed and installed so as not to be a safety hazard. Installations or structures for diving purposes shall be properly anchored to insure stability, and properly designed and located for maximum safety and shall be in accord with the requirements of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code as well as the manufacturing specifications.
