1753.22 SUPPLYING GAS BEFORE CERTIFICATE.

It shall be unlawful to supply gas to a system of gas piping in a building or structure before the required certificate has been issued, except that the Building Inspector or the local gas utility company may give temporary permission for a reasonable time to supply and use gas before such installation has been fully completed and the certificate issued.
