1753.17 CERTIFICATES.

The Building Inspector or the local gas utility company shall, within a reasonable time after being requested to do so, inspect and test a system of gas piping that is ready for such inspection and test, and if the work is found satisfactory and the test requirements are complied with, he shall issue the certificate.
