1753.13 USE OF EXISTING PIPING AND APPLIANCES.

No person shall use or permit the use of a new system or an extension of an old system of gas piping in a building or structure before the same has been inspected and tested to insure the tightness of the system, and a certificate has been issued by the Building Inspector or the gas utility company.
