135.05 POLICE POWERS OF FIRE PERSONNEL

The Chief of the Fire Department, each Assistant Chief, and members of the Bureau of Fire Investigation are authorized and empowered to exercise the powers of a police patrolman in going to, while at and returning from any fire or alarm of fire that may occur, and within 500 feet of the respective houses of the Fire Department within the City.
