(a) The regulations of the Police Civil Service Commission are hereby approved and ratified, pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-14-10(1). A copy of such regulations are attached to original Ordinance 6118 and are to be read as a part of this section.
(b) All rules and regulations of the Police Civil Service Commission heretofore adopted which are in conflict with such attached regulations, particularly those adopted by the Commission on June 11, 1943, as amended, are hereby rescinded.
