Pools used for swimming or bathing shall be in conformity with the requirements of this article, provided that the requirements of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2015 Edition, as herein adopted, and all manufacturing specifications shall be met. For purposes of this Code, pools are classified as private swimming pools or public and semi-public swimming pools as defined in Section 1761.02.
