There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, in order to establish rules and regulations for the installation, renewal, extension, and reception of electric wiring and electric apparatus in buildings, structures or outdoor electrical displays or sign, that certain code known as the 2014, 53rd Edition of the National Electric Code, NFPA 70, 2014 Edition, with the appendices being explanatory only and no adoption is necessary.
