There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein that part of the State Building Code entitled the 2009 ICC/ANSI A117.1 American National Standards for Accessibility & Usable Buildings & Facilities, First Printing, as published by the International Code Council, to be known as the Standards for Accessibility Code of the City of Wheeling, West Virginia, for the purpose of establishing provisions for accessibility standards for buildings and facilities.
