There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein that part of the State Building Code entitled the 2015 edition, International Mechanical Code, Third Printing, as published by the International Code Council, to be known as the Mechanical Code of the City of Wheeling, West Virginia, for the purpose of regulating mechanical equipment and use and for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, subject to the additions and amendments hereinafter provided. The adoption of that part of the State Building Code entitled 2015 International Mechanical Code by the City of Wheeling includes Appendix A - Combustion Air Openings and Chimney Connector Pass-Throughs.
