The International Fuel Gas Code as adopted herein is hereby modified by the following additions and amendments as indicated above in the Adoption Section to reflect the most current State of West Virginia Adoption of the 2015 version of the Code.
The 2015 International Fuel Gas Code - Section 404.10 is hereby adopted and states as follows:
Underground piping systems shall be installed a minimum depth of 12 inches (305 mm) below grade. If the minimum depth cannot be maintained, the piping systems shall be installed in conduit or shielded in an approved manner.
