1529.01 INSTALLATION.
   (a)   Electric wiring and apppliances in buildings shall be installed in accordance with standard safe practice.
 
   (b)   Installation of electrical wiring and appliances for domestic and commercial uses, in accordance with the current standards of the National Fire Protection Association known as the "National Electrical Code" shall be deemed prima-facie evidence of installation in accordance with standard safe practice.
