1507.04 APPLICATION TO NEW AND EXISTING CONDITIONS.

The provisions of this Fire Prevention Code shall apply equally to new and existing conditions except that existing conditions not in strict compliance with the terms of this Code shall be permitted to continue where the exceptions do not constitute a distinct hazard to life or adjoining property in the opinion of the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
