(a) Occupancy. No person shall occupy or use, or permit the occupancy or use of a building or structure or any part thereof which has been erected or altered in violation of the provisions of these rules and regulations.
(b) Change of Occupancy. Any building changing occupancy classification shall be in compliance with the fire requirements for the occupancy to be utilized prior to occupying the building.
(c) Occupancy Permit. No building shall be occupied without an occupancy permit issued by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
