1505.04 BUILDING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

Plans and specifications for all new construction, alterations, additions, renovations and installations shall be submitted to the Bureau of Fire Prevention for review within a reasonable time prior to the bidding date, construction or installations, so that addenda can provide for any changes or additions determined to be necessary by the Bureau of Fire Prevention office as required by the Fire Prevention Codes. Bureau of Fire Prevention approval is valid for one year, and if no construction has occurred within that time plans must be resubmitted.
