1335.10 R-4 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

   In the residential district R-4 land and structures may be used only for the following:

   (a)   PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES

Any use permitted in R-3.

   (b)   ACCESSORY USES

Any accessory use allowed in R-3.

   (c)   SPECIAL PERMIT USES

The following are allowed by special permit, subject to the conditions and requirements of Article 1371:
