121.01 ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTS.

   In addition to the office of the City Manager, the administrative service of the City government shall be organized into the following operating departments:

      Finance Department

      Legal Department

      City Clerk's Office

      Police Department

      Fire Department

      Recreation Department

      Public Works Department

      Communications Department

      Economic and Community Development Department

      Human Resources Department
