(a) Sewage disposal. The subdivision shall connect with the sewage system of the City in accordance with ordinances of the City and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Works and of Water Pollution Control so as to provide sewer service to every lot within the subdivision.
(b) Underground utility location. Where sewers are installed, it shall be required of the installer to construct and extend all service lines to the curb line before any streets are paved. Where curbs are installed, the location of service lines shall be stamped on the curbs.
(c) Individual sewerage systems. When service from an acceptable sewerage system is not available or feasible, and groundwater and subsoil conditions are found to be satisfactory, an individual system may be considered acceptable, provided it is installed in accordance with the standards of the City-County Health Department.
