111.22 RULES OF PARLIAMENTARY PRACTICE.

The rules of parliamentary practice comprised in Robert's Rules of Order, shall govern in all cases to which they are applicable, when not inconsistent with the Charter, these rules, any ordinance of the City or order of Council.
