111.15 CALL FOR PREVIOUS QUESTION; WHEN MAIN QUESTION TO BE PUT.
   The call for the previous question shall be decided by the following proposition: "Shall the main question be now put?" The call shall be admitted only on the demand of two members, and until decided shall preclude all amendments or debate of the main question. The main question shall be put only upon vote of two-thirds of the members present.
