1113.01 WEEDS OR OTHER NOXIOUS GROWTH.

No owner of any lot of ground, place or area within the City, or the agent of such owner, or the occupant thereof, shall permit on such lot of ground, place or area, or upon any sidewalk abutting the same, any weeds, deleterious and unhealthful growth, or any noxious matter, to grow or remain thereon.
