1111.03 CONFISCATION OF UNSAFE WATER KEPT FOR SALE.

The Health Officer, or any authorized representative of the City-County Health Department, shall have the right and authority to seize, take possession of, confiscate and destroy any water kept or stored for sale or offered for sale within the Ciy when such water is, in the opinion of the Health Officer, unsafe or unfit to drink or dangerous to the health of persons drinking or using same.
