111.03 MEETING NOT HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
   In the event that such regular meeting may not be held in the Council chambers, it shall be held at such other convenient place in the City as may be designated of record by a majority of the members of Council, and prompt notice thereof shall be given by the Clerk to such members of Council and such persons entitled to seats therein who may be absent at the time such other meeting place is so designated.
