111.01 TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS.

Council shall hold one regular meeting on the first (commencing at 5:30 p.m.) and third (commencing at 5:30 p.m.) Tuesday of each month and, except as otherwise provided, such regular meeting shall be held in the Council Chambers, in the City-County Building, in the City of Wheeling.
