925.04 EX-OFFICIO SANITATION INSPECTOR; DUTIES.

The Health Officer shall be ex-officio sanitation inspector, and it shall be his duty to advise and assist the Director of Public Works or other duly authorized officials in the enforcement of the provisions of this article.
