925.03 RULES AND REGULATIONS BY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS; VIOLATION.

The Director of Public Works, with the approval of the City Manager, shall have, and is given, the authority to prescribe, promulgate and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for the purpose of carrying out and enforcing the terms and provisions of this article. Whoever fails or refuses to comply with any rule or regulation promulgated under this section shall be guilty of a violation of this article.
