925.02 COLLECTION; SUPERVISION OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.

All garbage, rubbish and designated recyclable material within the City shall be collected, removed, recycled and disposed of, except as herein provided, by the City. Such collection, removal, recycling and disposal shall be under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Works and his designees.
