913.10 THEFT OF SIGNALS PROHIBITED.

No person shall obtain any signals from any cable television system franchised by the City, without authority from the franchise. Any person using any such signals, without authority, for the purpose of viewing, hearing or recording any show, shall be punished as provided in Section 913.99.
