The grantee shall maintain on file with the Municipal Clerk a schedule setting forth all rates and charges to be made to the subscriber for basic CATV service, including connection and service charges. Notice of changes in rates and charges, other than those enumerated in Exhibit 1 attached to original Ordinance 8490 shall be filed with the Municipal Clerk and City Manager. The grantee shall submit such notice of rate changes at least thirty days prior to the effective date of the adjusted rates. Normal rate adjustments will not occur more frequently than on an annual basis with the anniversary date relative to adjustments understood as the date on which the Municipality is notified that the new channels are being carried on the system.
