107.08 EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS.

The emergency services organization of the City shall not expend funds of the City except such funds as are appropriated by Council for the purpose of emergency services in the annual budget of the City, or are appropriated by special action of Council. All expenditures made by the emergency services organization of the City from budgeted funds shall be made in compliance with Article 183 .
