909.03 BOND.

Before any such permit shall be issued, the applicant shall deliver to the City Clerk a surety company bond in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000), conditioned upon the installation and maintenance of the cable, equipment or apparatus permitted by this article in accord with the requirements of this article.
