903.07 AUTHORITY OF CITY TO REMOVE DRIVEWAYS AND REPLACE CURBS.
When any driveway has not been used for more than thirty days, the Director of Public Works may replace such curb and remove such driveway and rebuild the pavement where the driveway is located.
