107.03 DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES; DUTIES.
   Council shall appoint a Director of Emergency Services who shall serve at the will and pleasure of Council. The Director shall coordinate the activities of all organizations for emergency services within the City and shall maintain liaison and cooperate with other emergency services agencies and organizations within the State and within the State government. The Director, subject to the direction and control of Council, shall be executive head of the local emergency services organization and shall be directly responsible to the Mayor and Council for the organization, administration and operation of the emergency services organization of the City.
