787.13 MANNER OF MAKING PAYMENT.

All remittances of taxes imposed by this article shall be made in cash or by bank draft, certified check, cashier's check, money order or certificate of deposit to the City Treasurer, who shall issue his receipts therefor to the taxpayer.
