787.06 $50.00 STATE EXEMPTION NOT ALLOWED.

In computing the tax due under this article, the taxpayer shall not be allowed the fifty dollar ($50.00) exemption allowed the taxpayer by the State in computing the tax due under West Virginia Code Article 11-13.
