The license tax shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day for each and every day that horse racing is conducted at any such horse race track, and one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per day for each and every day that dog racing is conducted at any such dog race track. Such taxes shall be payable to the City Treasurer upon each and every such day.
