Every person subject to tax under this article shall keep a record of the number and respective prices of such paid admissions and preserve such record for a period of twelve months from the respective dates of such admissions. The original books of entry of such person showing such record shall be open to inspection at reasonable times within business hours by the City Treasurer or other persons thereto authorized by the City.
