103.02 DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME.

Commencing at 2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in April of each and every year and ending at 2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in October of each and every year, the clocks and timepieces in the City shall be advanced one hour.
