779.02 LIMITATIONS ON GARAGE OR YARD SALES.

   No person shall hold a garage sale or yard sale:

   (a)   That offers for sale goods which were purchased for the purpose of resale;

   (b)   That obstructs or causes to be obstructed City sidewalks or streets;

   (c)   Lasting longer than three successive days; or

   (d)   Unless one year has elapsed from the last garage or yard sale held by such person.
