779.01 DEFINITION.

For the purposes of this article the term "garage or yard sale" means a sale held out in such a manner as reasonably to cause the public to believe that the sale will offer used goods not purchased for the purpose of resale. This article shall not apply to sales by charitable organizations held indoors.
