The Licensing Officer shall collect an annual fee for licenses issued under this article as follows:
(a) Distributor. In the case of a distributor, the license fee shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per year.
(b) Retailer. In the case of a retailer, the license fee shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year.
The license period shall begin on July 1 of each year and end on June 30 of the following year. If the initial license is granted for less than a year, the fee shall be prorated according to the number of quarters remaining in the fiscal year, including the quarter in which application is made.
