771.06 PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY.

No trailer shall be used at any place within the City as a permanent place of abode or as a permanent dwelling, except in a regularly established and licensed trailer camp. A trailer may be used as a temporary abode or dwelling place if the special permit provided for in Section 771.08 is first obtained. Every such special permit shall be issued for a definite period of time.
