When all registration information required by Section 767.05 has been furnished to the Chief of Police, he shall issue a registration certificate to the chauffeur which shall bear the name, address, color, age and photograph of such chauffeur. Every chauffeur of a taxicab shall post his registration certificate in such place within the taxicab as to be in full view of all passengers while such chauffeur is operating the taxicab.
