No owner or proprietor of the business conducted in the place where automatic slot machines or devices are kept, or maintained, his servants, agents or employees, shall allow or permit any person under the age of eighteen years to play any video slot machine, video poker machine, or any similar or like device.
It shall be the duty of the owner or proprietor of such business to post conspicuously on each such video slot machine, video poker machine, or similar device the following sign: “Play of this machine by minors under the age of eighteen (18) years prohibited by law”.
