749.02 LICENSE ISSUANCE; FEES; BOND.
   The license fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00). Licenses under this article shall be issued on the basis of the annual fee only to applicants who intend to remain in business permanently in the City, and evidence of such intent shall be an established place of photographic business in the City for a period of one year preceding date of application for an annual license. The license fee to carry on or conduct the business of photography, to any person who has not had an established place of photographic business in the City during the year preceding date of application for a license shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) a day; provided, however, that such applicant may state, under oath, that he intends to continue in such business permanently, and he may then post a bond in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00). Such bond shall be conditioned on the payment of the daily license fee in case the applicant fails to become a permanent photographer under this section, in which case a license shall be issued on an annual basis.
